REOPENED: Emergency Management Planning Initiative – Community Interest Survey
The Line 3 Indigenous Advisory and Monitoring Committee has re‑opened the Community Interest Survey for the Emergency Management Planning Initiative (EMPI) for a short period to allow additional Line 3–impacted First Nations and Métis governments the opportunity to express interest.
The survey helps us better understand community interest, readiness, and emergency management planning needs so that supports can be planned and offered in a fair and equitable way.
Important notes:
- If your community has already completed this survey, you do not need to complete it again.
- Completing the survey does not commit your community to participate.
- Communities that complete the survey may be invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) as a next step.
The EMPI provides fully funded emergency management planning support, including:
- community risk assessment,
- development or updating of emergency management plans,
- Incident Command System (ICS) training, and
- tabletop exercises.
All services are delivered by IAMC‑contracted consultants.
