Environmental Alignment Sheets
- On 15 August 2018, the Board issued a Letter to Enbridge, approving updated Environmental Alignment Sheets, pursuant to Condition 6 of OC-63.
- Enbridge provided the NEB with the updated Environmental Alignment Sheets on 23 July 2018 (A93213). The company indicated that the revisions were due to ongoing review, sampling results and design attributes.

Leave to Open Application (Part 3)
- On August 14, Enbridge filed a request for Leave to Open its facilities at Hardisty Terminal. https://apps.neb-one.gc.ca/REGDOCS/Item/Filing/A93538
- Before the company can begin operations, it must seek permission from the Board. Before permission is given, the Board will determine that all conditions and other requirements have been met.
- The Board is reviewing this request. The company has requested a decision by September 17th, 2018.
