Métis Nation - Saskatchewan

Colbi is a Métis woman from St. Louis, Saskatchewan and she currently resides in Saskatoon, SK. Her family roots belong to the Batoche area and span several generations. Colbi has a Bachelor of Science in Geology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Regina. She has previously worked with environmental and engineering consulting firms, geological exploration companies, and the provincial government in Saskatchewan. She is currently working for the Métis Nation - Saskatchewan as the Métis Guardians Monitoring Specialist. She is focused on developing Métis led monitoring programs for Métis citizens on the Saskatchewan homelands. She is passionate about the upholding Métis rights and involvement in environmental stewardship.
